Document shredding service
Burgmeier’s Hauling believes in protecting your privacy. Our fully licensed and insured document shredding service is a complete mobile unit that destroys your sensitive documents before they ever leave your premises.
Once onsite our technicians will enter your facility to remove your documents, from there they are wheeled to the truck and lifted into the shredder. As the container is dumped into the truck the documents are completely destroyed. Our shredder meets or exceeds most destruction requirements with individual pieces being ½” or less after processing.
Bringing the shredding service to you ensures the security of your sensitive materials, as the documents never leave your sight or your property until they are already shredded. Without any break in the chain of custody, you can rest easy knowing that your documents have been securely handled and properly destroyed.
Burgmeier’s can provide you with a certificate of destruction, and in some instances video of the material being shredded. Giving you the insurance, you may need in the future to prove proper disposal.
Hours for on-site shredding:
Mon-Fri: 7:00 am – 2:45 pm
No shredding 12-12:30 (lunch break)
Saturday: 6:00 am – 11:15 am
We offer several types of shredding services to match any level of service you may need.
locked toters in 65 or 95 gallons
A larger container for the busiest offices. These locked containers are rough service cans that are on wheels and can be easily moved throughout large complexes and in or out of storage. We also can service these weekly or as little as once per month.
Locked consoles in 24” or 36” sizes
Our lockable consoles are an attractive option for in office collection. A discreet but clean box that can sit out on your office floor allowing staff to slip documents into the lockbox as needed. This can greatly cut down on the risk of sensitive information be left exposed or forgotten about. We can provide as many consoles as needed depending on the needs of your business. We offer twice per week, weekly, and one per month collection.
large volume purges
Ideal for businesses cleaning out a large volume of old records. Whether you have been housing old tax records or if you are a law office that is closing down.
