Private Drive/Door Service Waiver

In consideration for Burgmeier's Hauling, Inc. ("Burgmeier's") allowing heavy truck traffic on my private drive or driveway, the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges Burgmeier's and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all causes of actions, suits, debts, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or in equity, which may arise as a result of the entry, operation, or movement of heavy trucks on the private drive or driveway by Burgmeier's.

By signing this General Release Form, I certify that I have read the terms herein with a full understanding of their terms and effects, and hereby authorize Burgmeier's to operate heavy truck traffic on my private drive or driveway.
