Facts you should know:
- Burgmeier’s is keeping your rate the same.
- Any credit you had with Dutch’s will be honored.
- Collection days will stay the same. If there are any that need to change you will be notified. (collection times may be different)
- Burgmeier’s offers online bill pay and automatic payments. Anyone who had set up Auto Pay with Dutch’s will need to set it up again with Burgmeier’s as credit card numbers are not stored.
- Regular residential service will be billed quarterly.
- Burgmeier’s will begin mailing out bills mid-December for services in January, bills for the month of December 2025 will still be invoiced by and paid to Dutch’s.
- You can still pay annually; any overpayment is applied to your account as a credit.
- Burgmeier’s follows an alternating recycling schedule. The schedule can be found at:
